Color Testing Notes

Really Red! is a custom blend I created to achieve a true, vibrant red in cold process soap - and it delivers beautifully! The color is bold, bright, and exactly what I was hoping for. Just keep in mind that it can migrate into neighboring colors, so I recommend pairing it with darker shades to keep your design crisp. It’s one of my favorite reds to use!

Use Notes

This color can migrate and bleed! Please be aware of this before using. Really Red! is best when used against colors that are darker in soap. If used against white, the white will turn pink.

Use Rate

  • CP Soap: 2-3 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • MP Soap: .5 teaspoon per pound of soap base.
  • More or less can be added to achieve your desired color.
